I love this platter and I can see it being used for all of your favorite dishes and casseroles. Please note that this piece is both oven and microwave safe! Also note that the glaze on the inside of this piece is more in white in color than the outside which is more cream.

I appreciate your support and purchase of my handmade pottery. It truly makes me so happy. With pottery in general, you can countless hours of love and care into each piece, but then you have to turn everything over to the mercy of the firing kiln. Within that kiln, all sorts of things can happen - unexpected drips, cracks, warps, bubbles, variations in glaze colors - all things that at one time self-prohibited me from selling my work. Now, I actually love a lot of these little imperfections as they give each piece its own soul and character. I truly hope you enjoy your new piece of my art.
