THE BEST SNACK BOARD

One of the absolute favorite things that we did while on a girls trip to Portland Oregon for my friend Rosalyn’s birthday was go on a luxurious wine tour in the Dundee Hills. We had our own private driver that drove us around to 4 different wineries, and during our first stop at Domaine Roy & Fils, we were presented with the most delicious snack boards I’ve ever had. Truly, it was out of this world. So good that before even going home, I ordered all of the items online so that it would be ready for me to make once I got back. Here’s how to make it:

I know you may be thinking “ewwww sardines, I don’t like sardines”, and trust me I get it because I didn’t think I liked them either. But the moment I added it to the cracker, with the butter, mustard, and cheese - girl, I was in heaven. I always say that I will try anything once - and I’m so glad that I did, because this snack board is something we are still talking about. Absolutely 10/10.
