SPICY MANGO MEZCAL MARGARITA
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces mezcal
2 ounces triple sec
3 ounces of Trader Joes mango juice
2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 juicy limes)
1 jalapeño (sliced with seeds removed)
optional: 1 ounce club soda (flavored as desired!)
Instructions
Rim a frosty glass: Place a generous amount of kosher salt and Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Powder on a small plate. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass. Dip the glass into the mixture to rim the surface. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
Mix the margarita: Add the mezcal, triple sec, mango juice, jalapeño, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake for about 30 seconds to combine. Strain into your prepared glass. Finish with a splash of club soda and garnish with a lime and a slice of jalapeño. Cheers!
