HOW TO MAKE A FLAMING PINA COLADA TIKI COCKTAIL

I can’t think of a better cocktail that screams vacation in a glass! The moment I tasted this drink I immediately felt like I was on the beach, with this cocktail in my hand, listening to Bob Marley. FLAMING PINA COLADA TIKI COCKTAIL

Ingredients

1½ oz. Bumbu Rum (Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva or Plantation Xaymaca would also work)
½ oz. spiced rum
½ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. coconut cream
1½ oz. pineapple juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: hurricane
Garnish: pineapple leaf

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake to chill. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with pebble ice, then garnish with pineapple leaf.

Flaming Lime (for presentation only)

Hollow out a half of lime and fill with full proof liquor (like Fireball 151). You can also use lemon extract. Light on fire and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon to add some extra flare. Once done, remove the lime before enjoying your cocktail!
